Overcoming from ACEs

Another coaching success story! During a recent session, a client described my style as "direct and deep". She opened up about feeling overreactive to criticism from her boss, describing him as "dominating" and "narcissistic". It was then that I pointed out the similarities she saw in her father.

This experience is a profound reminder of the impact of childhood trauma on our lives, regardless of our titles or years of experience. Adverse childhood experiences (ACE) can lead to imposter syndrome, anxiety, low self-esteem, poor critical thinking, and victim mentality.

It's never too late to seek help and start healing. If you or someone you know is struggling with the effects of ACE, consider seeking professional help from a life coach.
